Terms & Conditions

Use of Marshall County Busted Mugshots means acceptance of these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the service.

Marshall County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with a government agency, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this service nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. It is not a private investigation firm.

Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service. It stores no official Marshall County jail, booking, or court record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document with an Alabama agency.

Its pages point to public offices and outside research tools that may help a visitor locate jail, arrest, court, corrections, federal, or immigration records. The originating office remains the authority for its own material.

  • Do not violate a law through use of the service.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.

  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Independent External Links

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, legal resources, news outlets, and outside search services. A link does not endorse the destination. This service is not responsible for its content, privacy practices, data handling, or uptime, and visitors should review the destination's terms.

Service Provided As Is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made about the following matters.

  • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
  • Continuous or uninterrupted operation
  • Freedom from defects, security flaws, or other errors
  • Scope or completeness of a partner's search results

Custody and court records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, a court, ADOC, or another public body.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent Alabama law permits, the site and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the service.

User Indemnity

A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site, its operators, and partners harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor's use of the service or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Unless another owner is identified, the site's text, graphics, logo, and code belong to Marshall County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or republished without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted, and continued use after posting means acceptance.

Access May Be Revoked

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.

Alabama Governing Law

Alabama law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Alabama.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one part invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
