This site stores no jail roster, booking photograph, mugshot gallery, arrest file, or court record. It points to the offices and locators that may hold them. Ask the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, an arresting police department, ADOC, or the issuing court to confirm custody or provide a record. A booking image and listed charge document an accusation, not a conviction, and each person remains presumed innocent unless guilt is proved in court.
